We'd rather have you read this page first and skip the basics on our discovery call. If you don't see your question below, send it to us before booking — we'll add it.
Established home service businesses doing $100K–$5M in annual revenue — typically electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, painters, and remodelers. The owner is still hands-on but knows the marketing side is the bottleneck. We don't take pre-revenue startups, side hustles, or businesses outside home services.
No. The whole point of working with us is that you don't have to staff this internally. You'll have one main contact (us), one weekly check-in, and a single dashboard you can review in 5 minutes. We do the work; you stay focused on running jobs.
Then we keep it. We'll audit it during diagnose and tell you honestly if it's pulling its weight. If it converts visitors into leads, we leave it alone and focus on driving traffic and automation. If it doesn't, we'll show you exactly why before recommending changes.
Currently U.S. and Canada only. The ad networks, lead-gen tools, and CRM integrations we use are tuned for North American home service markets. We may expand later, but not for the founding cohort.
Easiest test: book a 30-minute discovery call. We'll look at your current numbers — lead volume, close rate, average ticket, capacity — and tell you on the call whether we'd take you on. If we wouldn't, we'll tell you what to fix first. Either way, no charge for the call.
It depends on which services you engage and the scope of the deployment. We share an exact, written quote on our second call after the diagnostic — no estimate roulette. There are no setup fees if the pilot doesn't move forward.
Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot. We launch the system, you see real bookings within 14 days, and on day 30 you decide whether to keep going. The pilot is paid (we're doing real work), but it's structured so you can walk away after 30 days with no long-term commitment if it isn't right.
No multi-year contracts. After the 30-day pilot, engagements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in. Most founding partners stay 12+ months because the system keeps compounding, but that's their choice.
Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), not through us. We recommend a starting budget of $1K–$5K/month for paid acquisition during the pilot, scaling from there based on what's converting. We never mark up media spend.
We don't do branding from scratch (logo, brand identity), printed marketing materials, video production, or anything outside the digital lead-gen → close → retain pipeline. If you need those, we can refer you to specialists we trust.
Small senior team. You'll work with a strategist (the owner of the engagement) plus the specialists who execute — paid media, copywriter, designer, automation engineer. No junior account managers, no outsourced overseas teams. The same people who pitch the work do the work.
We're tool-agnostic but lean into a stable stack: Google Ads + Meta Ads, GoHighLevel or Close.io for CRM, Webflow or your existing site, Twilio for SMS, Stripe or your existing payment processor. If you're already on tools that work, we use yours. If your stack is fragmented, we'll consolidate.
The first two weeks are the heaviest — about 4 hours total split across the discovery call, audit review, and blueprint approval. After launch, we ask for one 30-minute weekly check-in and a 60-minute monthly review. The whole point is that the system runs without your daily attention.
Yes. Pages, ad accounts, CRM data, automations, copy — all of it lives in your accounts under your ownership from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep everything. We don't hold any clients hostage with proprietary systems.
Critical issues (site down, ad account flagged, automation misfiring) get a same-day response — including evenings and weekends during the first 90 days. After launch stabilizes, business hours response time is the standard, with an on-call escalation path for outages.
Honest answer: it varies by service line, market, and starting point. What we can promise is measurability — every booked job traceable to a source. Typical 90-day pilot outcomes: 30–60% increase in qualified booked appointments, 10–20% improvement in close rate from the new follow-up sequences, and a clear cost-per-booked-job number you can plan around.
Usually within the first 14 days after launch (which is around weeks 5–6 of the engagement, since weeks 1–4 are diagnose + design + deploy setup). If we're past 21 days post-launch with zero traceable bookings, we run a re-diagnostic at no charge.
On the rare occasions it doesn't, we kill the engagement on day 30 of the pilot, refund any unused setup, and send you a written report explaining why so you don't repeat the same mistake with the next agency. We'd rather lose the contract than lose your respect.
Yes — shared on the discovery call rather than published publicly, because most of our clients prefer not to advertise their growth strategy to local competitors. We'll connect you with 2 current clients in non-competing markets to talk to directly before you commit.
Because real attention doesn't scale. The 5-cap lets the senior team stay hands-on with every account through the first 90 days, when most of the value gets created. We'd rather build a tight, profitable book than a long client list. After this cohort fills, we close the waitlist for at least a quarter.
Submit a short application. We'll review your business and schedule a discovery call. No fee, no commitment.
