Contractor marketing results from Utah jobs
These are results from Utah contractors I actually work with. Real trades, real counties, real numbers. I don’t name my clients on this site, and I don’t show their logos. Every number has a date range and says where it came from.
What you won’t find here is a chart full of “impressions.” Impressions don’t pay for a truck. I count leads and what each one cost.

A brand-new demolition company in Salt Lake City
Demolition · Salt Lake City and Summit County
Founded in 2026 with zero leads coming in. I built the website and set up Google Ads and the Google Business Profile. In the 30 days from September 11 to October 10, 2026, the ads drove 15 phone contacts (12 taps on the website number, 3 calls from the ads) at $166.75 each.

How I count results
- Tracked leads. Calls from the ads, taps on the phone number on the website, and quote requests. Each case study says which ones it counts.
- Cost per lead. Ad spend divided by tracked leads, over a stated date range.
- Where the number came from. Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, Search Console or the client’s own job log.
- No names. The client stays anonymous. No business name, no logo, no screenshot that shows who they are.
If a number can’t meet all four, it doesn’t go on this page. More case studies go up as the numbers come in.
Questions
Why only one case study?
Because I started P2x Scales at the beginning of 2026 and I’ve run 5 accounts. I’d rather show you one real one than pad this page with made-up logos. More are coming as the numbers come in.
Why don’t you name the clients?
Because they’re running their businesses, not advertising mine. You get the trade, the county, what I did and what came of it. That’s the part that tells you whether I can help you.
What would my results look like?
I won’t promise a number. Nobody honest can before seeing your account. What I can do is set up the 30-day pilot so you’re not paying monthly management until day 30 or your first qualified lead, whichever comes later. The 30 days start the day your ads go live.
Next step
Start your 30-day pilot
One-time setup fee, paid up front and non-refundable. The 30 days start the day your ads go live. Monthly management starts at day 30 or your first qualified lead, whichever comes later. A qualified lead is a lead from my marketing that you send a quote to. Ad spend is paid by you straight to Google or Meta. Month-to-month after that, 30 days’ notice to cancel. See how pricing works.
