These terms are not a contract for marketing services. If you hire me, the work is covered by a separate written proposal and agreement. If that agreement and anything on this website ever disagree, the agreement wins.

The 30-day pilot terms on this site describe how I work. The exact terms for your business are in your written proposal.

Pages on this site explain how I approach marketing, what I’d do first, and what I’ve seen work. That’s general information about how I work. It isn’t advice for your specific business until we’ve talked and I’ve looked at your situation.

No guarantees. I don’t promise rankings, a number of leads, a number of jobs, or any amount of revenue. Results depend on things nobody controls, like Google, your market, your competitors and the season. Anything on this site about a client’s results describes what happened for that client, in that time period. It doesn’t mean you’ll get the same.

Some pages quote facts from other sources, like Google’s help pages or news reports, and link to them. I try to keep those accurate and up to date, but those sites can change, and I don’t control them. I’m not responsible for other websites’ content, products or privacy practices.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal.
• Try to break, overload or get into parts of the site you’re not supposed to.
• Send anything through the contact form that’s spam, harmful or not yours to send.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk.

The writing, design, logo and other content on this site belong to P2x Scales LLC unless they say otherwise. Anything on this site that belongs to someone else, like a client’s photos, stays theirs and is used with their permission. You’re welcome to share links to any page. Please don’t copy the content and publish it as your own.

The site is provided “as is.” I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or current.

To the extent the law allows, P2x Scales LLC isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on what’s on it. This doesn’t limit anything that can’t legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the Utah state courts in Tooele County, Utah.

I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
