PHASE 01 — WEEK 1

Diagnose what's actually broken.

Most agencies skip this step. We don't. Before we touch a single ad, page, or automation, we run a full diagnostic on your business — where leads come from, where they leak, what your close rate really looks like, and which of your service lines is actually profitable. Most owners are surprised by what we find.

Design the system before we build it.

Once we know what's broken, we map the fix on paper before we touch a single tool. Customer journey, page architecture, ad funnel, automation flows, CRM tags — all designed end-to-end so the parts actually talk to each other. You approve the blueprint before anything goes live.

PHASE 03 — WEEKs 4-8

Deploy live, in the wild.

This is where most of the build happens. New pages go live, ads start running, automations get connected, and the phone starts ringing. We deploy in stages — never a big-bang launch — so we can catch what's working and kill what isn't before it costs you money. By week 6, you'll see your first booked jobs traceable directly to the system.

Launching is easy. Holding the numbers month after month is the hard part. From week 9 onward we move into iteration mode — weekly reviews of what's converting, what's leaking, and what to test next. Ad creative gets rotated, copy gets sharpened, automations get tightened. The system gets smarter every week instead of stale.
